[RTTY] New Calls in ANARTS

I'm showing 52 new callsigns worked in ANARTS in my log.  I kept
seeing calls that didn't highlight on their own that weren't in my database
and even checked to make sure I had the latest .dta file set in WriteLog
and sure enough, nearly 10% of my log consisted of stations not
previously worked in a RTTY contest.  That's both amazing and
encouraging.

I was happy to see the level of activity in ANARTS although a few
more VK stations would have been even better!
