[RTTY] DL6JZ: ANARTS 2002 (SOAB)

Hi to all,
ANARTS was a great fun again. When testing the station setup on friday =
evening I could work P5/4L4FN on 21 MHz with my 2nd call. And during the =
contest itself it was great to meet the known ones of you and to copy so =
much new calls this time.=20

It should be a serious effort from my side. My goal were  7 Mill. points =
and I got them. But no W/VE on 80 meters except VE9DX. I could work =
CN8LI very early in the contest so I had not to be afraid to miss one of =
the 6 continents. That was a great feeling, hi. Thanks to VK2KM for =
calling me on 40 meters again.

Some of You were keying a personal message to me. Sorry that I did not =
reply every time. But I am quite new in RTTY contesting. And I am not a =
good typist. My right arm has been paralized since I was a baby. So I =
can press the <shift>-key with the right hand from time to time only. =
All the other things like keying, tuning the radio, tweaking the amp, =
rotating the beam, taking the glass of water to the mouth etc. I have to =
do with only one hand. But I am working on that and I am sure it will =
run better the next time. Then I will run with WriteLog. I purchased it =
2 days ago. Let's see what comes around!

Phil, congrats abt your IC-756. I was running 2 or 3 RTTY-contest with a =
FT-900 also. It was terrible. No FSK and no 500Hz-Filter in SSB =
receiving mode. That's why I used my old FT-107M for RTTY-contesting. =
But now I changed both against the TS-570 with 500Hz-Filter. It is a =
well equipped radio for RTTY to gether with my KAM!
