[RTTY] Ukranian RTTY contest

Is anyone from North America planning to operate the Ukranian DX
contest?  Especially here on the west coast, the timing and band
restrictions are going to make it difficult to make any contacts at all,
but perhaps there are a few hardy souls?

It seems the WriteLog module for this contest is outdated too.  It
scores only one point per Q instead of two as the rules say.  Not sure
how it does on mults, but the log can be fixed by hand later.

I'll be hanging out around 3590 kHz and 1805 kHz, so if things get slow
at your QTH, give me a call.
