Thanks for all the responses to my query concerning my use
of my call, W5BEN, in the 4th district.

While I do not have aspirations of winning anything, and
play with contests mostly for my own enjoyment, I was
distressed to learn I may have denied others a "legal"
multiplier or confused the issue. I will try to henceforth
use the proper suffix for the 4th district.

It does occur to me, however, to question how in the world
the log-checkers know where I am actually located? Are they
cross-checking with the FCC database?
