If Dale being from LA is eligible to be the Archivist by nature of his
geographic heritage, then I by nature of a lifelong residency in Chicago
deserve to be allowed to vote:

I hereby vote 234,443 time in favor of RTTY only.
I wanted know that I started Early and Voted as often as my patron would
allow.
