I made contact with JE3RZT Kenzo (Ken) Nozoe and confirmed that he and a
friend of him had made FW0DX operations and that the QSL cards are being
issued gradually.

He claims that the QSL manager's callsign in QRZcom had been maliciously
rewritten but now recovered.
