Less than favorable conditions. I must have transmitted on the same
frequency as K1B, 21078.5, as I was asked to QSY. To whomever asked me to
QSY, simply advising me of the situation, along with your callsign would
have "made it happen"! I have difficulty complying with a QSY request,
especially from an anonymous station, during a contest! If I interfered with
anyone trying to work K1B, I apologize! I certainly didn't hear K1B!
