[RTTY] UBN analysis

 Lets see If I've got this right..

 I don't have time to over the weekend to spend 24 hours on a RTTY contest..
 So I grab some available time, Make say 30 Q's on 2 Bands..
 And I don't send in a Log..

 Now, Am I right in reading this that because My Call only shows up in a few 
logs..
 And I didn't send in my log..
 That Those Q's may be/are thrown out.. With Penalties deductions to boot...??

 I sense a problem here..
