One possibility is LogConv, at http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/ . This
might be exactly what you are looking for.

If LogConv doesn't do what you want, then depending on which contest you are
trying to convert and which version of WF1B you have, you may be able to get
to ADIF format by converting to Cabrillo format first (for example, using
the CABRILLO.EXE that comes with WF1B 5.02). The programs at
http://www.wt4i.com/ can also produce a Cabrillo file from various kinds of
input file. Once you have a Cabrillo file, then there is a program called
CBR2ADIF on my web site that will convert Cabrillo to ADIF. In particular,
it will put the serial numbers from the exchange in the ADIF file, as you
requested. You can find CBR2ADIF at
