[RTTY] NCJ RTTY Sprint

Announcing the  NCJ RTTY SPRINT is coming up on October 13th, 0000z to 0400z. 
(Saturday Evening for NA Stations). There may be released a new module
update as we are working on getting one that will work for all NCJ sprints.
A method to modify an existing Writelog Contest module to operate the
sprint is on Don's, AA5AU, web-site at:
