address: Claude Laget, POB 1373, G.P.O. 99999, Phnom-Penh, Cambodia.
Anyone sent to this address and received a card? Did you sent via
simple air mail or via REGISTERED mail? Any recommendations for me?

The same questions about Abdullah, EP2FM. Address, mailing procedure,
recomendations, etc..??
