Hi again..............

The website Frank mentioned seems very good, although there are plenty of
Military signals in there as well.

However, although it does not have Throb as such, you will find Coquelet and
Piccolo, which are SIMILAR to Throb.
Look under the MFSK section.

Tom, let us know if this is similar to what you heard.
