[RTTY] Reflector observations

Hi Dez... congenially, I disagree. I would submit that RTTY DX is rare 
enough HERE in the USA, that working new-or neat-ones IS sufficiently 
important that listing RTTY DX possibilities belongs on this reflector. Now 
if my call began with ZC4... [grin] maybe I would be a bit more jaded-or 
whatever the right word is.
