must be a lot of activity! Plus I'll bet the phone ops=0D

I believe the intent of the orginal posting was that=0D
QRO is not permitted in 21.1-21.2 and just a=0D
warning because I would imagine that part of the=0D
band is being used by RTTY contesters this=0D
weekend.=0D
