This is not true..Check your rules, i.e.; 10. MULTIPLIERS, "and other North
America countries...There are always mults lost during log checking because
a participant does not enter the prefix that is sent...NA goes clear down to
SA and covers a lot of Carribean Islands also...Cabrillo scores NA entries
but not if there is no prefix...
