[RTTY] RE: USB/serial ports

Me Three!!
Every Siig multiport card I've bought (Ebay) worked on every machine I
installed it on the first try.
But this doesn't help the laptop situation.
We have to make it easier for laptop contest/dxpeditioners to run rtty and
control rigs/log.
