[RTTY] OK DX Rtty log confirmation

I did not receive a response until I E-mailed Milos, OK1MP, directly at
ok1mp at volny.cz and he responded that my log had been received.

So if you haven't received a confirmation, you should E-mail Milos and ask him
if he received your log.
