All I know is I that I received a greeting from Trey (N5KO) on the
first contact that I made with TI5N on WPX.

W5UE handles Trey's HC8N cards.  If I were you, I would shoot Randy
(w5ue at mdxa.org) an e-mail to ask.  Or you can go to the horse's mouth
itself and ask trey at kkn.net .

BTW, last week, I received a card through the buro (the first batch from
the W7 buro) from a DJ3IW for "first QSO with new callsign."  Viele
dank, Goetz!
