[RTTY] Who maintains the NCJ

I was wondering who maintains the records associated with the NAQP.
I noticed 1999 as the latest recorded changes...
Has anyone maintained these records (on or off the NCJ pages)?
It appears that there are several new records..
I'm relatively new to this stuff what has happened over the last couple of
years (Since 1999)?
Congrats to the (apparent) new high scores.
