What's WRONG with this picture???!!!!  In the past, it's been Nevada or North 
Dakota.  Now this!  (Of course, making DC a mult possibly makes it the least 
RTTY populated US/VE mult possible.)  Time to actively recruit and 
indoctrinate some new brethren....

(By the way: Thanks, Masa, for a 10 meter contact (of all things)!  Had to 
have been meteor scatter or something!)  (To others: Masa and I spent about 3 
or 4 minutes completing a Q, but he stuck with me!)
