[RTTY] WF1B Cabrillo

I found that the Cabrillo file I generated from WF1B for the ARRL RU had
some of the dates as 1903. This may have occured because I had to make
manual additions and corrections. On the positive side it did show DC
correctly.

Another caution, I had several contacts where the band changed to 20 meters
(in the log) for one contact and then changed back to the correct band. I
have seen this before, not sure what causes this. That explaines why I duped
AA5AU on 10 meters and maybe someone else.

Just wanted to pass on a work of caution to the WF1B users.
