RiTTY by K6STI gets my vote. I have run Brian's program side by
side with many others including TNCs, and it was always the best
at digging weak signals out of the noise.

It does have a few drawbacks, though:

1. $$$. Ain't free. Ain't even cheap.
2. Requires a genuine Creative Labs Soundblaster 16 ISA sound
card. PCI will not do, nor will other makes or brands. You
usually can find them on ebay for $10-15 or so.
3. Runs under DOS, either standalone DOS or full-screen mode
under Windows. I have run it under Win95, 98 and XP and it runs
perfectly. It will not run in a Windows "DOS box". Full screen
mode only.

But if you're willing to go to that trouble, you will have the
best RTTY soundcard program in existence.
