[RTTY] Club Competition in 2004 RTTY Roundup

At the ARRL Board meeting last week the Membership Services Committee voted to include club competition in the June VHF Contest and the RTTY Roundup.

It is my hope that this is going to increase participation in next year's contest.

At the same meeting the committee was divided on the issue and declined to study making SO2R a separate category in ARRL Contests.
