[RTTY] Where has the 3830 Score Submittal page gone??

Hi all,

Just wondering if it is a general thing, or is it just me, but I can't get
the 
http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/
web page to open. It seems to be down at present, although others appear to
have input their scores.
