No, you do NOT have to sign /4.  I would suggest since you are in the rare RTTY
state of Georgia, that you might put GA at the end of your CQ message like:

CQ NAQP DE W3NR W3NR GA CQ

But don't do this:

CQ NAQP DE W3NR W3NR IN GA CQ

Some folks might think you are in Indiana!

I'm not sure why GA is rare on RTTY, but take advantage of it!
