[RTTY] Writelog for DL-DX RTTY

Hi Don and rtty group, 

DL-DX contest started first on July 05, 11:00 UTC. 

I see no rtty-contest on next weekend. 

Writelog-Modul is create by DL1EFD and is now in test.
He will published modul before contest, I hope, hi.

If not, it´t possible to take writlelog sartg-modul for logging dl-dx
rtty contest.
