Time is running out to file comments with FCC on Broadband Over Power Line 
(BPL) - Docket 03-104. To file a comment go to http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/ 
select submit filing in box at upper right.  Use the docket number 03-104 
in box 1 "Proceeding".
This proposal would but RF energy from 2-80MHz on the power lines. Studies 
in Europe have shown significant interference problems. For more info see:

Based on current problems resolving "ordinary" power line interference -
