There are 2 programs listed at this web site specifically for RTTY:

http://radio.linux.org.au/

and a few other digital-mode programs listed there also implement
RTTY (i.e., gMFSK, LinPSK).  Search for "RTTY" on that site for the
others.  This Australian site has maintained a database with ham-
related Linux programs for several years.

At home, the only Linux RTTY soundcard program I have used is LinPSK
(the current version, 0.6.2):

It works most of the time for RTTY, does IMO a decent job for PSK31,
but it is still considered under development or "beta" software
(like many, or most, of the Linux digital-mode programs).  It's the
only Linux soundcard program I can offer my $0.02 on, for RTTY.

Other than that, my only experience with RTTY and Linux was with a
KAM Plus and a simple terminal program (Minicom) to use that TNC.
I sold the KAM Plus after using that for several years, and haven't
made a cable to go between a KAM XL and my IC756Pro2 - one of many
radio projects I want to do at home.  I've only had Linux on my PCs
at home for the last 5 years, but have thought about setting up one
Windows PC to take advantage of the larger software selection for
that OS.  So many projects, so little time...
