[RTTY] TCG Sprint Teams

I did the best I could to divide 17 players into two teams than might be
competitive with each other. 

For RTTY to work you must have mark and space so the team names are the
TCG Marks and TCG Spaces.

Here are the tentative teams that I will register in about 2 hours unless
someone else signs on or drops out.
