[RTTY] Need States: AL, CT, DE, IN, MS, ND, NE, & VT

Folks:
I'm looking to complete a RTTY WAS states award.  For reasons of not getting a QSL card or not having worked a state I'm looking to complete a contact and QSL exchange with the following states:

Alabama
Connecticut
Delaware
Indiana
Mississippi
North Dakota
Nebraska
Vermont

I will be happy to complete a contact with anyone needing Washington whether you in the list of states I need or not.
