The 1B0AS and any other operation from the northern Cyprus  is an
ilegall transmission definitely

because

1. there is not country recognised by United nations with the name
Northern Cyprus or any other.

2. IARU and ITU never gave this prefix to anyone.

The Northern Cyprus belongs to Cyprus and now is ground of  European
Community also. Under these circumstanses never will be a DXCC entity or
something else.

My opinion is that is better to remove this qso from your log
