I have a couple questions about this rule:

"Two stations may exchange up to 10 QTCs maximum. The two stations may 
establish contact several times to complete the quota."


First - does this mean 10 QTCs each, send and receive or 10 total, for 
example 5 send and 5 receive?

Second - "establish contact several times".  Can KK6T contact GU0SUP the 
first time and exchange whatever
           QTCs we have available and receive points for the contact and 
for the QTCs.....then contact him
           again to exchange additional QTCs up to the limit?
