[RTTY] JA RTTY Band Segments

28.070-28.150MHz"

As efficient and courteous as most JA operators are, I'm just curious as to
the large number of JA calls appearing above 7.080MHz, working KH7U/KH5? I
can't believe that many JA stations are operating out of their allocated
band segment? Has the JA, 40 meter band segment changed?
