[RTTY] JARTS log submission format

To those who have participated JARTS WW RTTY Contest 2003,


Thank you for your participation to JARTS Contest. On behalf of its contest
manager Hiro JH1BIH, I would like to draw your attention that the rule and
Cabrillo format are on the following pages.

Hiro is quite at a loss when he faces so many logs that do not follow the
rule and format. And he had to send back those logs for resubmission.
