The reply from Hiro JH1BIH, contest manager of JARTS, is as follows.

Cabrillo format for JARTS WW was disclosed at the same time incorporated
with the announcement of its rule in Feb.

There is no big difference from other Cabrillo format. Difference is mainly
on
ARRL-SECTION:
 CONTEST:
 CATEGORY:
and some error is found at attached filename.

 Format of filename is (CALLSIGN)-(CLASS).CBR
