[RTTY] LOTW for non-US stations

[WA9ALS - John]

Even the US has to wait for a a password via snail mail.   Anyone know how
that works, i.e. is it computer-generated and in the mail "immediately" when
you apply for a cert, or does it have to be processed by human hands?
Surely not?
