All the discussion has been interesting, but in the final analysis, it
will depend on whether a log is submitted or for that matter, whether
people don't participate.

I will not participate. I've about had it with rule changes which are
impossible to enforce, let alone the obvious cheating by some.

And that's an individuals choice.
