[RTTY] Mark Frequency Display Conversion on Kenwood rigs

I was working a station on 20 meter RTTY today and he was using a Kenwood
TS-480HX (200 watt version) but he was only using 75 watts.  He was using
MIXW 2.12 software and a RASCAL interface.  He had a FB signal that was very
easy for the Mac cocoaModem to decode.  For lack of something else to say I
mentioned I was using a TS-570D(G) in LSB and my display was reading
14,083.03.  Per the conversion cheat sheet the Mark would have been ~14080.9
for cluster spotting.

He came back saying his TS-480HX display was reading 14,080.00 USB. He
indicated he was running USB because MIXW 2.12 handles the conversion. Since
his display was reading 14,080 I can only assume the new Kenwood rigs have
an offset for RTTY to display the Mark frequency and it makes no difference
if your are running USB or LSB.

As mentioned in my other postings it really doesn't matter what freq is
being displayed as long as you have good copy.  I may be coming down with a
bad case of New Rig Fever. The TS-570 is getting outdated.
