[RTTY] convert an ascii file into .adf

[FireBrick]

Log for a station I manage is in asc format
file name is wwcw93.160

obviously a 1993 cqwwdx contest and the 160 meter band.

I don't know what software was used.
Anyone know if I can convert this to adif?
