Some kind soul has bought up the fact that this documentation may be
copywrited. On examining the file, there is no copywrite notice of any
type.

I have no idea where I got this file since the copy of RITTY I
purchased was in the mid 1990s, and this one has a file date in 2000.

However, to preclude any hard feelings, I have destroyed the file.
