[RTTY] FSK trouble

Thanks for the ideas, I don't think it's RF as I have the power down to
zero when doing the tests...
Both ports are real COM ports...
Shack is a rats nest, so no problem there !!
Still looking...Sure would like to give out NS in Tara Melee...
