[RTTY] E-mail from VU4 Dxped re PSK31 for NA

I received an E-mail from Sara, VU3SRB, who confirmed my psk31 QSO.  She was at
the keys.  She also added this info:

So she could be using lower case now.  The time window is not good for NA, but
maybe they'll change.

73 & GL - going out into the marsh this morning for a weekend of fishing and
duck hunting.  Won't be back 'til Sunday.
