[RTTY] VU4NRO on RTTY - soon

At the risk of being shot/hung/burned at the stake: I think PSK is the
better mode for them to be using. Their setup is less than optimum (power,
antennas, experienced pile-up managers), all of which lend themselves far more
favorably to PSK than dealing with a bunch of RTTY ops running KW+ and
jamming/QRMing/calling incessantly/etc.

PSK is far better on "this side" as well, considering the marginal signal
conditions for the vast majority of the U.S.

Putting aside the fact that they prefer PSK (end of discussion), a 2-3 kHz
wide passband to simply click on a trace for a QSO will lead to far more
contacts than a KWRTTYmelee.

Finally, PSK will get you the "digital credit" for DXCC, same as RTTY. RTTY
apparently will have to wait for the high power/multibeam type operation.

73,
Steve
