[RTTY] EU1SA observation

Hi all,

Walt mentioned:

You can do this with MMTTY. 

I also wonder whether MixW or TrueTTY can do it? If the stations using it
were mostly former CIS stations, then one of these programs may have been
responsible.

As Walt says, it is not good practice to do this!
