[RTTY] RF Packet - internet DX Packet interface

I need some help on setting up a internet to RF packet connection to the internet.  I have the TNC's and radio to broadcast to the local hams but have no idea how to get them to talk to each other.

I'm sure that there is a software program out there but I can't find one or any instructions on how to do this.......I need help?
