[RTTY] 9Q0AR in rtty

Dear,

I just had a qso with Gus SM5DIC operating from the radio club 9Q0AR.     
He has setup two antennes and one ts440 , he started the activities this afternoon on 21295 .
Some local operators has made qso s in French language only. 


He will be active in RTTY  starting from next week. 

The club houses in the Telecom building in Kinshasa it closes at 15.30 UTC.  

Gus hopes to have permission to be active in the evening hours.
