[RTTY] Stew Perry challenge

Greetings,
The concept of a contest using grid squares and distance is a good one if
distance is a challenge.
In my humble opinion distance is not a challenge on HF, on 160 it is, hence
the reward system for distance and power. Dx can be worked on rtty on 160.
My suggestion is that a contest that looks to distance/power for scoring
should be on the low bands.
Just my 2 cents worth!
