[RTTY] CABRILLO TOOLS HELP

All,

I'm having trouble getting the Cabrillo Tools to work as usual.  When I
click on the cabrillo.exe file, I get the Cabrillo edit page.  When I go
through this routine, I get the notice that my popup window is ready to
use????  What the heck is going on?  I never get the start page with the
assignable buttons.  Never had this problem before.  I don't use this very
often...so what am I missing?

My version of the tools is dated 2001.  I have no later version that I am
aware of and think this is what I have been using for 3 years.
