[RTTY] CABRILLO TOOLS SOLVED

All,

I found the problem...somwhere between my ears!!  One cannot exercise the
tools from the cabrillo.exe file.  I had filed the startup program in
another place.  I finally found it and believe it will now work OK.
Thanks for all the efforts to help.  I sure hope this program will work on
the new machine under XP.  I will know in a few days when I install the
machine in the shack.
