I use the Belkin converter with WinXP to run my tower rotator in our country place and another at home for CW and AFSK through a Rigblaster. But I cannot get it to give me FSK, even with the XP driver and through a homebuilt interface rather than the Rigblaster. The interface gave me FSK when I had a regular serial port.
